Access only by path with 100 steps from the main street (5 minutes on foot) or 500 meters from the train station (10 minutes on foot). Located 3 minutes walk from Buse beach, the coastal path and Cabanon Le Corbusier / villa E-1027.

Perfect location
Haven of peace and greenery, beautiful sea and mountain view, in the heart of the Côte d'Azur and 10 minutes from Italy.
All types of activities are easily accessible from the house: the beach is a 3-minute walk away; cultural activities (Villa Eileen Gray, Cabanon de Corbusier, Monaco, Nice, Menton, etc.), sports activities (walking on mountain trails and along the sea, paragliding, water sports) or quiet relaxation in the garden.
The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor of a traditional house have been recently renovated. They each have a double bed (160x200cm), a closet, a smart TV, air conditioning and WiFi. Each of the 2 bedrooms has a private bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The bedrooms open onto the terrace and the garden. Each room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. You can book a room for 1 or 2 people, or 2 rooms for 3 or 4 people.
The kitchen is located in a separate building, accessible from the garden 30 meters from the rooms and is fully equipped (fridge, induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.). You can have your meals on the large kitchen table with a magnificent view through the large bay windows.
You have access to the garden shared with the owners of the house. The 2 rooms have a terrace with a summer lounge, a large parasol, deckchairs and an outdoor shower reserved for guests.
The 2 rooms and the terrace are on level 0 of the house. Levels 1 and 2 are private areas used by the owners.
If you like nature, calm and the sea, you will feel good in our Mediterranean garden. You will experience a change of scenery and an unusual experience while being 10 minutes by car from Monaco and Menton (or 1 train station)
Access
Access is only on foot via a path with many steps. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
1. When arriving by car, you can park in the free public parking spaces on the main road (Avenue Vilarem). Then access to the accommodation is via a path with stairs, you have to go down 100 steps (5 min walk).
2. It is possible to come by train, the station is "Cap Martin Roquebrune" (between Monaco and Menton). The train line serves Ventimiglia towards Italy, and Cannes towards Marseille. From the "Cap Martin Roquebrune" station, access to the accommodation is via the customs officers' path, traveling 500 meters (10 min walk, 30 steps to go up).
3. Nice airport is accessible by car (40 min journey), by train via the Saint-Augustin Nice station (40 min journey), by taxi (approximate price 120 euros).
