Access only by a path with 100 steps from the main street (5 minutes on foot), or 500 meters from the station (10 minutes on foot). Located 3 minutes walk from the beach of Le Buse, the coastal path and Cabanon Le Corbusier/ villa E-1027.

Independent room on the ground floor of a renovated house, overlooking a terrace and a Mediterranean garden with sea view, mountain and Monaco. It has a private bathroom with a shower and a toilet, a Queen Size bed (160x200cm), a closet, a smart TV, air conditioning and WiFi.

The private kitchen is located 30 meters away in a separate building in the garden and is fully equipped (fridge, induction hob, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine...). You can have your meals on the large table in the kitchen with a magnificent view through the large bay windows.

You have a private part of the garden and the terrace with a summer lounge, a large parasol, deckchairs and an outdoor shower.

The bedroom and the terrace are located on level 0 of the house. The upper levels are private parts used by the owners.

If you love nature, peace and the sea, you will feel good in our Mediterranean garden. You will live a change of scenery and an unusual experience while being 10 minutes by car from Monaco and Menton (or 1 and 2 train stops).

Any type of activity easily accessible from the house: the beach is 3 min walk; cultural activities (Villa Eileen Gray, the Cabanon Le Corbusier, Monaco, Nice, Menton...), sports activities (walking on the mountain trails and along the sea, paragliding, water activities) or quiet rest in the garden.
